  • Cancellation and Reimbursement: No refunds after 1 September 2024

    • Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Meeting Secretariat. Refund, if any, will be
      processed after the meeting.

Registration Fees for Main Meeting includes:

  • Full access to scientific sessions and exhibition (workshops not included)

  • AM & PM coffee breaks and lunch symposia

  • Admission to SOA Gala Dinner

  • Certificate of attendance – upon request

  • Name badge (must be worn for admission)
