Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.

Registration Fees for Main Meeting includes:

• Full access to scientific sessions and exhibition (workshops not included)

• AM & PM coffee breaks and lunch symposia

• Admission to Gala Dinner

• E-Certificate of attendance – upon request

• Name badge (must be worn for admission).

• Replacement passes will be charged at $100 per badge.
